Job description

• Servicing Customers by Installing and servicing systems and products. • Establishing Service by studying system requirements, gathering components, and completing installation; performing acceptance tests. • Maintaining rapport with clients by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements. • Maintaining customer confidence by keeping service information confidential. • Directing our technical support team in case of noticing any technical problems in IVMS (An Electronic device fitted in vehicle) hardware. • Technical Support to help clients to obtain more benefits using the fleet software.
