Electrical Supervisor - Six Senses Zighy Bay

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in training, supervising, scheduling, motivating, and disciplining engineering hosts positively.
• Help plan and implement procedures, systems, and controls to ensure an efficient, timely, and proactive engineering department.
• Compile monthly consumption reports on heat, light, power, electricity, gas, steam, and water.
• Monitor hosts' activity, productivity, utilization rates, and manage accordingly.
• Inform the Engineering Manager of downtime or delays in task completion.
• Manage the team’s daily duties and job assignments.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Use personal safety gear while on duty.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, ensuring performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with apprenticeship in Electrical disciplines, and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar luxury hotel setting.
• Technical skills including project analysis, design, and comprehensive knowledge of engineering products and services used in resorts. Ability to interpret geometric shapes, patterns, and numerical data accurately.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Ability to live in a remote location for extended periods and travel on single status.
