Job Description
To implement and maintain the maintenance program and ensure its delivery through an effective management system to recognized standards.
Education
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Training in HSSE & HSSE laws
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance of Civil and MEP services in a hotel or large commercial complex.
- Experience in providing technical services for events.
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
- Knowledge of local statutes and regulations.
- Understanding of engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of good engineering practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Effective communication skills with internal and external customers.
- Experience in solar system maintenance.
- Ability to interpret circuit diagrams and maintain documentation.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate staff.

Specific Responsibilities & Standards
- Event Management:
- Plan resources based on event requirements.
- Prepare event plans and assign resources.
- Contract Management:
- Prepare maintenance tender specifications and edit tender documents.
- Conduct meetings with contractors to resolve issues.
- Asset Management:
- Plan and supervise preventive maintenance.
- Monitor all maintenance activities.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Conduct regular audits of spare parts.
- Hold meetings to discuss operational issues.
- Supervise ongoing work and initiate remedial actions.
- Evaluate technician and contractor performance.
- Monitor workload and resources.
- Supervise daily maintenance routines.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance.
- Quality Management:
- Develop quality processes and SOPs.
- Participate in QA audits and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Review and improve work procedures.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and manage communication.
- Address cultural and internal/external issues.
- Contribute to reports and correspondence.
- Participate in training programs.
- Protect OCEC assets from misuse or damage.
