Electrical Engineer (ETAP Specialist)

KBR-AMCDE is a leading engineering and project management services company in Saudi Arabia that provides FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement and Project Management Services to the Onshore and Offshore oil and gas markets. Due to the recent award of various prestigious projects, we have exciting new opportunities for KSA Nationals to join the team. At KBR-AMCDE you will be exposed to state‑of‑the‑art technology, industry‑leading design and project management practice while delivering meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform ETAP power system studies for feasibility, FEED and detail engineering projects, including load flow, short circuit, arc flash, motor starting, grounding grid, protective relay coordination, power factor correction, and harmonic analysis.
• Review electrical engineering design deliverables such as load list, SLD, cable sizing, equipment sizing, cable and conduit schedule, etc.
• Prepare ETAP power system studies reports.
• Interpret and implement IEEE/ANSI & IEC standards.
• Coordinate with electrical project team for project deliverables.
• Estimate system study hours for tendering purposes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor of Engineering/Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 5years or above of experience in electrical power system studies.
• Saudi Engineer with proven experience in system studies using ETAP software for oil & gas and petrochemical projects (engineering consultancy).
