Job Description

A leading company in Oman is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant to lead, design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) solutions. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams and other SAP consultants to ensure financial processes are efficiently integrated into the SAP landscape.

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, support and Rollouts
• Analyze business requirements and implement them into SAP FICO system solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CO-OM, and CO-PC.
• Integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, Credit management & TRM
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide ongoing post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure IT Compliance, prepare documentation including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
• Involvement in Third party and Bank Integration system Integration

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant
• Minimum of 12+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments
• Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Solid understanding of financial processes, including accounting principles, reporting, and internal controls.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in Third-party systems and Bank Integration
• Ability to work independently, manage, and lead the FICO module effectively
