Job summary

Confidential is hiring for a customer service role based in Muscat, Oman. The position involves managing customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, engaging professionally to convert inquiries into sales and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in e-commerce or sales. This is a full-time office-based role, with working hours from Saturday to Wednesday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM.

Basic salary ranges from 180 to 200 OMR, with additional monthly sales commission based on target achievements.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office is a must, with two years in Excel and Word.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries across social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries across various platforms.
• Coordinate with warehouse logistics for order fulfillment.
• Provide solutions for customer complaints in a timely manner.
