A glimpse of your typical workday

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on automated machinery like KRONES, SIDEL, KHS, SIG, NETSTAL & HUSKY.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems on bottling, packaging, and injection molding lines.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Continuously monitor machine performance and implement improvements to optimize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure product integrity and line reliability.
• Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Participate in equipment installation, setup, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, SOPs, and GMP standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles.

What will make you stand out

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a maintenance role within experience in relevant field in FMCG / beverage industry with hands on experience with automated machineries like KRONES, SIDEL, KHS, SIG, NETSTAL & HUSKY.
• Familiarity with PLC systems), HMI panels, and SCADA systems for fault diagnostics and minor logic interpretation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, drives, gearboxes, pneumatic circuits, and electrical panels.
