About the job

Creative Lead reports to the Marketing Communications Manager.

As the Creative Lead, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing creative concepts and design solutions for marketing campaigns and visual materials.
  2. Creating high-quality visual assets using industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite, CANVA, or similar tools.
  3. Aligning creative strategies with marketing goals in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Manager.
  4. Overseeing the design process from concept to execution, ensuring quality and innovation.
  5. Designing promotional materials such as posters, brochures, social media layouts, invitations, and event collateral.
  6. Coordinating photography and videography sessions to produce high-quality visual content.
  7. Developing video and motion graphics content to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
  8. Reviewing and approving all creative outputs to maintain brand standards.
  9. Staying updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.
  10. Managing projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
  11. Ensuring security and confidentiality of information and assets.
  12. Complying with social media policies and acting as a hotel ambassador.

Colleague Relations:

  1. Collaborating with the marketing team and other departments to support campaigns and initiatives.

Administrative Duties:

  1. Preparing reports on campaign performance.
  2. Tracking project specifications and deliverables.
  3. Researching competitor campaigns.
