Job description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our expanding team in Muscat! The successful candidate will be providing assistance for all sales activities by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and any other information related to products & quotations / LPOs. Candidates should have relevant Sales experience, be comfortable working under pressure, and have strong organization skills. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with relevant and accurate reports as required by the line manager.
  • Follow up with the pending orders/standing orders.
  • Send quotations to customers in absence of Salesperson as and when required.
  • Follow up with short deliveries, out of stock products, etc with the respective Salesperson.
  • Effectively communicate with customers related to delivery information or alternate product recommendation following advise from the Salesperson.
  • Organize sales meetings as and when required.
  • Always comply with the HACCP & ISO procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a work permit/visa in job location.
  • Familiarity with customer base in work location is highly preferable.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems; preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Must be familiar with software packages such as Microsoft Word / PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
