4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develops and ensures the timely implementation and ongoing monitoring of Supply Chain activities across all functions.
- Supports the bidding process by assisting in the elaboration of material and services specifications, bidding procedures, proposal requisitions, and supplier recommendations.
- Controls the timeline for technical analysis of proposals and other bidding and contracting phases to meet goals and facilitate technical meetings.
- Engages with end users and proposing companies to clarify doubts.
- Prepares monthly reports on progress, trends, pending issues, and points requiring attention, supporting the Procurement Lead - Supply.
- Assists in preparing and executing decisions for the Tender Committee.
- Maintains systems and procedures, including contract and procurement manuals.
- Ensures adherence to tender standards and conducts tender reviews as required.
- Produces periodic reports on tendering and procurement plans and progress.
- Develops and implements tools and methodologies for effective logistics planning.
- Designs and develops standard operating procedures for efficient logistics operations.
- Coordinates and presents logistics support for land, air, and sea operations.
- Develops logistics support policies, processes, and methodologies for the benefit of all mission units.
- Generates reports on material and personnel movements and operational logistics issues.
- Ensures the availability of materials and services requiring contracting, from planning through delivery and execution.
- Negotiates with suppliers to ensure optimal conditions in terms of time, cost, and quality, and issues commercial adjudication reports.
- Participates in developing a supplier portfolio through visits, meetings, evaluations, and selecting qualified suppliers for negotiations.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager/Management.

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline.
Experience:
1-3 years in supply chain and logistics.
Fluency in Arabic and English, both oral and written.
