The ideal candidate must be proficient in English and possess strong knowledge of key social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This role combines the creativity of social media management with the efficiency and reliability of administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day office marketing related tasks.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
  • Support management in handling operational and clerical duties.
