Job description

About the Role:


You will be responsible for the full interior design management of this high-profile resort renovation, from concept design to final execution. Your focus will be on luxury, functionality, and cultural context, ensuring every design detail aligns with 5-star hospitality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead all design stages, including concept, schematic, detailed design, and FF&E coordination.
  • Work closely with the client, operator, and consultants to define and implement design strategies.
  • Ensure design deliverables meet quality, cost, and time objectives.
  • Supervise the in-house team and external design consultants.
  • Guide technical reviews, design workshops, and value engineering sessions.
  • Monitor site execution to ensure design integrity is maintained.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the design team and construction team.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Hospitality Design or Luxury Interiors (preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in high-end hospitality interior design.
  • At least 5 years in a managerial or project leadership role within Oman/GCC.
  • Experience with luxury hotel or resort renovations is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Understanding of GCC hospitality design trends and cultural aesthetics.
