Fujairah Leather, a premium luxury leather goods manufacturer based in the UAE, is looking for a highly skilled Senior Craftsman to join our growing team. If you are passionate about high-end craftsmanship and have a deep understanding of leatherwork, this is your opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of handcrafted leather goods—bags, wallets, and accessories
• Execute advanced craftsmanship: cutting, stitching, edge painting, gluing, and hardware installation
• Set and maintain the highest production standards in the workshop
• Mentor and train junior craftsmen, sharing your expertise to build team excellence
• Collaborate with design and prototyping teams to bring concepts to life
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure flawless finishing

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience crafting luxury leather goods
• Proven ability to independently produce complex pieces
• Saddle stitching expertise is a plus, reflecting a mastery of traditional hand-stitching techniques that enhance product durability and aesthetic appeal.

Skilled in using:

• Flat-bed, cylinder-bed, and post-bed stitching machines
• Skiving, splitting, sanding, and edge painting tools
• Experience mentoring or supervising production teams
• High attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship
• Ability to read technical drawings and construction specs
• English communication skills
