Restaurant Manager


As a Restaurant Manager in our bustling establishment located in Khasab, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations. With your exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience in the hospitality industry, you will ensure that our guests receive top-notch service and delicious meals every time they dine with us.

Your main duties will include managing a team of servers, chefs, and other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will work closely with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and oversee their preparation.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume establishment. A biometric passport is required due to the nature of our location. You must also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
