Reporting Manager Title: Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and direct the construction team, ensuring communication, coordination, and follow-up to meet project goals.
  2. Monitor construction progress through meetings, site walkthroughs, and inspections, ensuring alignment with the schedule.
  3. Ensure activities comply with company quality procedures, HSE standards, and industry standards.
  4. Oversee the output from detailed design through commissioning and startup, ensuring scope and schedule are clear.
  5. Review and approve all construction-related documents and secure necessary approvals for scope changes.
  6. Report project status and concerns to management, resolve construction issues, and monitor contractor performance.
  7. Interface with other departments such as Engineering, QA/QC, HSSE, and Operations.
  8. Verify completion of milestone activities and payment certificates.
  9. Participate in project meetings internally and with contractors.
  10. Ensure constructability and effective utilization of construction techniques throughout the project.
  11. Manage mechanical completion and project handover, ensuring timely delivery.
  12. Develop the Omani construction team through on-the-job training and participation in their development plans.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. 10-15 years of experience required.
