Job description

- Conduct periodic safety rounds around the entire company premises to ensure a safe environment.

- Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the plant & warehouses, reporting deviations.

- Ensure employees wear appropriate overalls, clothing, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

- Check the safe operation and condition of machinery across the production area.

- Maintain fire-fighting equipment through regular maintenance and refilling.

- Keep records of daily, weekly, and monthly HSE inspections.

- Monitor hot works, ensuring they are carried out with proper permission and safety measures.

- Coordinate with security personnel regarding visitor movements and entry/exit logs.

- Conduct safety and first-aid training for new recruits when required.

- Ensure clear access to fire extinguishers and hose cabinets.

- Take fire preventive measures, especially during summer.

- Monitor drainage and canal conditions, coordinating pest control activities with department heads.

- Provide first aid in case of accidents.

- Implement and follow occupational health and safety policies, programs, and procedures.

- Promote health and safety awareness throughout the organization.

- Investigate and report serious or critical injuries and property damages.

- Respond promptly to safety concerns, fires, and emergencies.

- Coordinate hazardous waste registration and removal if necessary.

- Facilitate safety training sessions, including first aid, CPR, accident prevention, and workplace inspections.

- Assist senior staff and the HSE team in emergency situations.

- Conduct operational risk assessments and develop mitigation measures.

- Maintain reports related to the HSE management system, including corrective and preventive actions.
