Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage bookings, generate proposals, contracts, issue confirmations, and follow up with all assigned MICE customers.
  2. Handle all lead requests in accordance with company policy and within the designated timeframe.
  3. Follow up actively on sent offers based on guest requirements.
  4. Prepare offer letters aligned with guest needs and ensure adherence to company standards.
  5. Personalize and execute events for Meeting planners.
  6. Maintain timely and responsive communication with all accounts and prospects.
  7. Assess group business to maximize revenue from available public spaces and meet Meetings and Events budgets.
  8. Evaluate all leads before sending offer letters, including venue assignment and rates, and seek necessary approvals.
  9. Manage and update Sales and Catering PMS according to company policies and standards.
  10. Refer unconfirmed bookings to sister properties when applicable.
  11. Supervise and communicate with Meetings and Events Operations during events to ensure guest satisfaction.
  12. Seek feedback on rates, availability, and offer letters from department heads.
  13. Be fully aware of the hotel's available equipment.
  14. Provide support and guidance to the Meetings and Events Operations team.
  15. Comply with hotel credit policies, obtaining pre-payments or credit letters for events.
  16. Prepare Event Orders as per departmental standards and ensure proper distribution.
  17. Inspect all function areas before events to ensure setups meet customer specifications.
