A reputable and well-established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a sales supervisor for their team in Oman.

Key aspects of the role include:
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Participate in setting realistic forecasts, develop plans and resources to ensure achievement.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a pharmaceutical or medical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector in the Gulf region.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Oman.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
