This executive-level position requires exceptional strategic, operational, and leadership capabilities to manage complex, large-scale construction projects, particularly within the Middle East.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and possess a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory environments, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction across all construction operations, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery.

• Develop and execute operational strategies that drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth across diverse construction portfolios.

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and open communication.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and long-term partnerships.
