Job Purpose
Manage, develop, and implement the global sales strategic plans for OQ Polymer Marketing across various regions including NEA, SEA, ISC, Europe, Middle East, UAE, Turkey, GCC, Levant, Oman, Africa, Pakistan, and Egypt. Focus on driving strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue, expand market share, optimize resources, and strengthen customer relationships worldwide. Responsibilities include formulating & implementing sales strategies, managing the global sales workforce, evaluating markets and product portfolios, and driving customer engagement initiatives such as segmentation, satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Accountabilities

Strategic Sales Planning

  • Develop and execute long-term regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead annual sales planning and forecasting, including product sales, profits, and expenses.
  • Identify key targets and deploy resources effectively to maximize sales volumes.

Global Sales Leadership

  • Provide leadership and direction to the global sales team, setting goals and performance metrics.
  • Drive market penetration, revenue growth, and team development.
  • Approve pricing strategies and oversee regional sales performance.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Implement customer segmentation and engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Lead negotiations and ensure supply chain alignment.

Market Analysis and Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
  • Monitor industry and macroeconomic factors affecting the sector.

Education & Experience
