Job Purpose
Manage, develop, and implement the global sales strategic plans for OQ Polymer Marketing across various regions including NEA, SEA, ISC, Europe, Middle East, UAE, Turkey, GCC, Levant, Oman, Africa, Pakistan, and Egypt. Focus on driving strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue, expand market share, optimize resources, and strengthen customer relationships worldwide. Responsibilities include formulating & implementing sales strategies, managing the global sales workforce, evaluating markets and product portfolios, and driving customer engagement initiatives such as segmentation, satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
