Job summary

AS Edutech Hr Consultant is seeking an experienced anesthesiologist to lead anesthesia and pain management services across surgical units. The role requires MBBS with MD/MS/DM in relevant fields and a track record of clinical excellence.

You will supervise medical students, document care comprehensively, and collaborate with physicians and families throughout the perioperative process to ensure safe, compassionate patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MBBS with MD/MS/DM in emergency medicine or critical care.
• Experience in anesthesia and perioperative care.
• Strong documentation and patient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine best medication and administer anesthesia during procedures.
• Monitor patients and adjust anesthesia during surgery.
• Prescribe pain management medications.
• Record dosage and type of medication in patient records.
• Provide anesthesiology and pain management services as directed.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Determine best medication to use for each patient and administer anesthesia during surgical procedures
• monitor patient during procedure and adjust anesthesia accordingly
• prescribe pain management medication
• record dosage and type of medication in patient records
• Provide anesthesiology and pain management services to patients as directed or required
• Communicate with patients and families throughout the entire surgical process including preparation and recovery
• Mentor medical students and residents on various procedures
• Maintain comprehensive records of medical procedures and patient care
• To create a safe secure and positive healing environment to support the delivery of exemplary healthcare to all patients staff and visitors and help in our objective of making the Institute a Centre of Excellence
• To attend amp treat patients in IPD including ICU Dialysis Casualty amp other inpatient areas under the supervision of Physicians amp Surgeons amp closely supervise the work of subordinate doctors Nurses amp Paramedical staff
