Minimum Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years in business transformation, digital optimisation, and supply chain and logistics process improvement.
  2. Regional Expertise: Strong exposure to the GCC/Middle East market is highly advantageous.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI, automation platforms, ERP systems, and data analytics.
  4. Project Management: Expertise in Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
  5. Leadership & Communication: Strong stakeholder management and change leadership abilities.
  6. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
