International College of Engineering and Management (ICEM) in Muscat seeks a distinguished academic leader to serve as Dean. The role reports to the BoT on academic and administrative matters and to the Board of Directors on financial matters, driving prudent leadership and sustainable growth aligned with Oman’s priorities.

The Dean will lead the college's strategic plan, expand programs regionally and internationally, and ensure academic quality and governance in line with regulatory

Qualificações

• PhD degree from a recognized university.
• Professional qualifications aligned with Ministry of Higher Education requirements.
• Administrative and academic experience relevant to ICEM specializations.
• Minimum 5 years as Associate Professor or Professor at a recognized university.
• Demonstrated leadership as Dean (3+ years) and research with published papers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and implement the college's strategic plan.
• Lead program expansion and national/international reach.
• Manage staff duties, responsibilities, and accountability.
• Oversee financial and operational resources and development.
• Govern academic portfolio and ensure quality and compliance.
• Foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and research culture.
• Develop external partnerships with government, industry, and other HEIs.
