The candidate will handle exchanges, maintain cash availability, reconcile end-of-day cash, and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient branch operations. On-site position with full-time commitment.

Responsibilities

• Handle buying and selling of foreign currencies per approved exchange rates.
• Provide accurate information on rates and charges to customers.
• Ensure customer transactions are processed quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach with customers.
• Ensure sufficient cash is available at all times to meet daily transaction requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in counting, verifying, and balancing cash.
• Safeguard cash and currencies in compliance with security procedures.
• Deposit excess cash in the bank as instructed.
• Strictly follow AML policies, KYC norms and company compliance guidelines.
• Report suspicious transactions to the Compliance Officer & Branch In-Charge.
• Ensure all documents and customer IDs are verified and recorded as per regulations.
• Accurately record all transactions in the system.
• Reconcile daily transactions and balance cash at end of day.
• Assist in preparing daily reports for submission to the Branch Manager.
• Support colleagues in branch operations when required.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated with new policies, products and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism within the branch.
