Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Creative Director to lead creative teams across web, print, and digital corporate communications and marketing collateral. You will oversee strategy, branding, copy, art, and digital execution to deliver compelling campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing and corporate communications units to develop plans, analyze results, forecast budgets, and manage resources.

Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant experience, with seven or more years as a creative director.
• Experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns—from vision to production.
• Experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.
• Proven ability to develop successful concepts.
• Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives.
• Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of messaging and deliverables with the creative team.
• Prioritize work and resources across engagements, developing schedules with designers and production artists.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions to develop innovative initiatives within budget.
• Review and approve art and copy to meet corporate goals and challenges.
• Produce fresh work translating complex ideas into compelling print and digital experiences.
• Oversee the presentation of final concepts and obtain approvals.
