Crane Operator - Muscat, Oman



As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, position and place materials and objects on construction sites in Muscat, Oman. Your main duty will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the crane while following all safety regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate crane according to job specifications and safety guidelines
- Conduct pre-operational checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Interpret signals from riggers or other personnel to maneuver loads
- Inspect cables, hooks, and other equipment for any signs of wear or damage
- Maintain log books and records of crane operations
- Communicate with site supervisor and team members regarding job requirements
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a crane operator in a construction setting
- Valid certification for operating cranes (CPCS or equivalent)
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong understanding of crane operations and safety procedures
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Good communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300 USD per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.
