Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring they align with project requirements and legal standards
• Developing tender specifications, managing the tendering process, and evaluating bids.
• Identifying potential risks associated with contracts, developing mitigation strategies, and managing contract variations and claims.
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant contract terms, regulations, and company policies.
• Facilitating communication between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, and managing relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience with a degree or equivalent relevant degree; water/Wastewater Projects as Sewer & STP projects
• Past experience shall include successfully completing a previous position a Projects of a similar scope of work.
• Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
