Job summary

Azure Dine & Hire in Khasab, Oman, is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will ensure timely completion within budget and to high quality standards, coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors, and manage safety and regulatory requirements.

This is a contract position with salary of 1200 USD per month, visa sponsorship and air ticket provided, but accommodation not included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a construction manager in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and techniques.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with building codes safety regulations and legal requirements in Oman.
• Good communication skills in English spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Manage and coordinate contractors subcontractors and other project team members
• Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed according to schedule
• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements
• Work closely with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Prepare and manage project budgets
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns they may have
