Job summary

Avanta Works in Muscat is seeking a Construction Site Manager to oversee all aspects of a project, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards on site.

You will plan schedules, coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers, manage resources and safety compliance, and resolve issues promptly. Training available for candidates with no prior experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction management is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
• Must have a biometric passport for travel purposes
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols

Construction Site Manager

As a construction site manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project in Muscat. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your role will involve planning and coordinating work schedules, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for monitoring progress and resolving any issues that may arise during the course of the project.
