Job summary

Work in USA in Muscat, Oman seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple sites, coordinate with contractors, and ensure timely delivery of projects. You will monitor progress, manage budgets, and enforce safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management with at least 3 years in the field, strong knowledge of Muscat codes, and proven skills in budgeting, scheduling, and communication with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management.
• Knowledge of Muscat building codes/regulations.
• Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
