Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Salalah, Oman



We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Salalah, Oman. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Your main duties will include assisting guests with their inquiries, making reservations for restaurants and activities, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions. You will also be responsible for handling guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have extensive knowledge of the local area and be able to provide insider tips to enhance our guests' experience. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Accommodation will not be provided so preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Salalah or have their own accommodation arrangements.
