Entry Level Concierge in Khasab, Oman


We are seeking a Nepali candidate for an entry level Concierge position in Khasab, Oman. This is a full time job that does not require any prior experience or English language skills. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively in Nepali and have a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in Nepali, basic English is a plus
- Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
