Job summary

hudsonmanpower seeks an experienced Commissioning Leader for a long-term engagement in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to contracts and specs.

You will lead large teams and coordinate with the Proponent while upholding HSE standards. Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects and proficiency with OPERCOM and ICAPS are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commissioning within the petrochemical/oil & gas industry.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning tools OPERCOM and ICAPS.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale commissioning teams.
• Excellent understanding of HSE regulations and practices.
• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities comply with project contracts, schedules, and technical specifications.
• Lead the safe and smooth execution of commissioning activities using OPERCOM and ICAPS systems.
• Review and approve commissioning organization structures, procedures, planning, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the Proponent to develop commissioning strategies and actively participate in HSE programs.
• Manage system and sub-system definitions and ensure proper dossier preparation and readiness.
• Monitor contractor performance, track progress, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Organize, plan, and coordinate all commissioning execution activities across teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards throughout all project phases.

Job Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution in line with project specifications, contract requirements, and industry standards.
