The resort is set on 45 acres of tropical gardens with a long stretch of sandy beach, suitable for business, meetings, and leisure travel. The role focuses on preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality hot dishes in line with hotel recipes and standards. You will assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, ensure food hygiene and safety, and maintain cleanliness in the work area. You will support menu preparation, portion control, and timely service to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences.
