Job summary

Krayr Solutions is seeking a Production Incharge for CNC & WIP Control located in Oman, Al Buraymi Governorate. The role involves overseeing CNC machine operations, managing production planning, and supervising WIP control.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in heavy fabrication and excellent leadership skills. The position offers a basic salary of 2000 SAR plus allowances and potential overtime based on company policy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plasma cutting, hole milling, and plate & angle processing.
• Ability to handle machine troubleshooting.

Production Incharge CNC & WIP Control

Industry: Poles & Towers Manufacturing

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) J

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle RM (Raw Material) received reports and production planning.
• Monitor CNC machine output and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Supervise WIP (Work in Progress) control and follow-up till GI dispatch with proper production data.
• Manage inventory consumption for plates, angles, tools, and consumables.
• Raise tool and material indents as per production requirements.
• Execute CNC programming for plate and angle processing machines, including plasma and hole milling machines.
• Ensure proper machine care, preventive maintenance, and coordination for small CNC maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production teams for smooth workflow and output optimization.
• Support development and readiness of the second production line.
• Maintain production records, reports, and operational discipline on the shop floor.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in CNC programming and production supervision in the poles & towers industry.

• Knowledge of plasma cutting, hole milling, plate & angle processing.
• Understanding of WIP management, inventory control, and production reporting.
• Ability to handle machine troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Strong leadership and shop floor management skills.
• Target-oriented with good coordination and follow-up abilities.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years experience in heavy fabrication / poles & towers manufacturing industry.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: 2000 SAR
• Allowance: 500 SAR
