Job summary

A leading company in the energy sector is seeking a CMIMS & Spare Parts Leader to join their LNG Bunkering project. The candidate will oversee the CMIMS development and ensure inventory management for safe and efficient operations. The role requires significant experience in operational maintenance within LNG or Oil and Gas sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in administration and optimization of SAP PM and MM modules.
• Excellent knowledge of English, Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in spare parts cataloguing and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of the CMIMS and spare parts strategy.
• Ensure maintenance data integrity in the CMIMS and manage spare parts inventory.
• Report to the Maintenance and Inspection Manager.

We are looking for a CMIMS & Spare Parts Leader with the following details:

Work Details

• Location: Muscat, OMAN
• Work Status: Residential (5 days a week)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)

Background and Experience

• Engineer Degree or Master’s Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required); Arabic is a plus
• Experience in Operational Maintenance Execution and Development within LNG or Oil and Gas sectors
• Over 10 years of experience in the administration and optimization of SAP PM and MM modules
• Experience in project management and SAP architecture is a plus
• Experience in spare parts cataloguing, inventory control, and warehouse operations

Service Purpose

• Seeking an experienced CMIMS & Spare Parts Lead for our LNG Bunkering project, part of the company's energy transition strategy
• Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and operational readiness of the CMIMS and spare parts strategy
• Ensure maintenance and inspection activities are accurately represented in the CMIMS and spare parts are effectively managed for safe, reliable, and efficient operations
• Part of the Maintenance & Inspection team, reporting to the Maintenance and Inspection Manager
• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and availability of maintenance data and spare parts inventory in SAP
