Qualifications

• 10-12 years of total experience with at least 5 years in client-side roles.
• Strong experience in high-rise buildings and final handover stages.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Building Code and Civil Defense requirements.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client technically on-site and follow up on mechanical works.
• Review and verify mechanical works according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare clear technical reports and follow up on defects.
