Planning and Design:

• Developing project designs, including blueprints and technical drawings.
• Conducting feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Analyzing survey reports, maps, and other data to design new projects.
• Preparing cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.

Construction and Supervision:

• Overseeing construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Monitoring project progress and conducting site inspections.
• Managing budgets and project resources.
• Ensuring projects comply with legal requirements, including health and safety regulations.

Technical Expertise:

• Using design software to create project drawings and renderings.
• Overseeing soil testing and other geotechnical assessments.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborating with architects, clients, and other professionals.
• Preparing public reports, such as bid proposals and environmental impact statements.
