Job Description

  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Monitor revenue and expenses; coordinate the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; prepare special reports to confirm financial status.
  • Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.
  • Conduct and report financial analysis of business performance to ensure financial stability and support business strategy.
  • Lead business strategy to achieve financial KPIs, working capital management, and full ownership of P&L.
  • Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including record compilation, month-end close, reconciliation, analytics, and internal/external reports.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are systematically recorded, accounted for, and reconciled against budgets.
  • Research and analyze business problems, providing recommendations and solutions.
  • Improve systems and procedures; initiate corrective actions.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and auditors; guide other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policies, applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in auditing/accounting.
