Overview

Sous chef for Thai cuisnine restaurant. A household had Authenic Thai food restaurant in the heart of Salalah is trying to find a chef with knowledge of Thai food cuisine. The restaurant seats 16 visitors at a time yet focuses mostly in take away. This is a cook function to help head cook and also want to tackle cook roles.

Responsibilities

• Pre opening dish prep work
• Quick and timely food preparation to serve dine in as well as eliminate
• Inventory taking and control
• Extreme care on cleanliness and food high quality
• Communication in English is important

Qualifications

• Experience: Chef or chef: 5 years (Preferred)
• Language: English (Required)
