Job summary

Sisco Jobs in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman is seeking an HVAC Technician with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of air-conditioning systems.

Candidates must have experience with central air-conditioning systems and possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC components. A Diploma/Bachelor’s in HVAC or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with central air-conditioning systems required.
• Experience in installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of split, window, package and central AC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, service, and repair HVAC and air-conditioning equipment.
• Diagnose HVAC faults independently and carry out corrective actions.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on various AC systems.
• Inspect compressors, motors, thermostats, and related components.
• Maintain central air-conditioning systems for reliable operation and cooling.
• Test equipment after servicing to verify proper operation.
• Identify defective components and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Follow safety procedures during installation and maintenance.
