Job summary

AlSafe Finance Kuwait in Oman’s Musandam region seeks a Loader in Khasab to handle cargo loading/unloading from trucks and ships, with visa sponsorship available on a contract basis. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and cranes, securing cargo, maintaining records, coordinating with drivers and ship crew, and adhering to safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and the ability to stay organized in a busy setting.
• Excellent coordination and communication with drivers, ship crew and warehouse staff.
• Ability to work well under pressure and follow safety procedures.
• Good command of English, Hindi or Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts and cranes to load and unload cargo from trucks and ships.
• Ensuring cargo is properly secured and balanced on the vehicle or vessel.
• Keeping accurate records of all loaded and unloaded items.
• Communicating with truck drivers, ship crew and warehouse personnel to coordinate operations.
• Following safety procedures to prevent accidents or cargo damage.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the loading area.
