As Room Service Captain, you will ensure the effective delivery of in-room dining services to guests of the hotel. Your key duties and responsibilities include ensuring the in-room dining service is delivered in line with brand service standards, that orders are delivered on time after being thoroughly checked, and that tray clearance is performed quickly. You will participate in departmental training sessions to improve personal skills and service levels, interact with guests in an upbeat and friendly manner to maximize satisfaction, and capitalize on returns to the hotel.
