Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Muscat, Oman.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s growth within the local market. This includes developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying and mapping business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and developers in Oman.

Daily tasks include:

  • Exploring and securing new business opportunities
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and proposals
  • Attending meetings and industry events to expand the company’s network
  • Negotiating and closing contracts
  • Coordinating closely with internal design, retail, and execution teams to ensure successful project onboarding
Qualifications
  • Proven business development experience specifically within the Omani market is a must
  • Strong network and understanding of the local construction, design, and building materials sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop strategies to achieve business growth objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
