Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales, business growth, and client expansion initiatives. In this role, the Business Development Manager will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic sales plans designed to drive revenue and accelerate growth. They will collaborate closely with our Business Consultancy and Digital Transformation teams to identify and oversee promising projects. Additionally, they will be responsible for crafting and presenting compelling proposals, and formulating responses to RFPs and tenders to capture new business opportunities. Their efforts will be pivotal in strengthening client relationships and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and assess new opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals with clients.
  • Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with teams to refine services based on market needs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Mentor and support a team of business development professionals.
  • Promote continuous improvement and team development.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Oversee projects to ensure high customer satisfaction and quality delivery.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or technology is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM Software.
