Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  3. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and sales plans.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
  8. Attend networking events and industry conferences to represent the company and build connections.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the real estate industry.
  2. Strong understanding of the local real estate market and consumer behavior.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
