Job summary

PES Hr Services is seeking a Billing associate in Oman to manage invoice preparation, verification, and distribution. You will share soft copies with clients and verify invoices against POs and confirmations.

The role also involves handling discrepancies, credit notes, debit adjustments, refunds and reconciling customer accounts. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of billing experience, familiarity with ERP/billing software, and strong numerical accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant Billing experience.
• ERP / Billing software experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoice preparation, verification & distribution.
• Sharing soft copies of invoices with clients.
• Checking invoices against POs & client confirmations.
• Handling billing discrepancies, credit notes, debit adjustments refunds.
• Customer account reconciliation
