Beverage Preparation and Service

• Prepare and serve beverages during designated service hours.
• Prepare fresh products daily, including juices and beverage decoration items.
• Maintain knowledge of specialty drinks and cocktails.
• Introduce and promote special beverages to customers when appropriate.
• Contribute to the creation of beverage menus.
• Ensure required beverage products are readily available for service.

Stock Control

• Prepare requisitions for bar products according to operational requirements.
