Le Café LPM in Al Khobar is seeking a Bar Manager to own the drinks program from morning coffee to closing cocktails, shaping the offer with precision and ensuring it feels unmistakably us. You will lead a high-volume, guest-facing environment, partner with floor and kitchen, and balance commercial aims with exceptional guest experience.

English is required; Arabic is a plus. Competitive salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• Someone who has led a Bar programme in a high-volume, guest-facing environment.
• All-day dining or lifestyle restaurant experience is a strong advantage.
• A natural federator - brings the bar, the floor, and the kitchen together around the drink.
• Commercially sharp without letting the numbers flatten the experience.
• English written and spoken is a must. Arabic is a genuine advantage.
