We are in search of an experienced Baker to join our team of skilled bakers at our bakery in Muscat. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee or Kenyan national with a passion for baking and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, managing inventory, and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
• Follow recipes and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure all products meet high-quality standards
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery
• Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures
• Collaborate with other bakers to develop new recipes and products
• Adhere to all safety protocols while handling equipment and ingredients

Requirements
